James DeJoy is responsible for performing operational and research activities in our Fixed Income and Equities Groups. Prior to joining Howe & Rusling, Jim was a Research Accountant for the University of Rochester’s Office of Research Accounting and Costing Standards. Additionally, Jim worked as a Senior Accountant at DeJoy, Knauf & Blood, a local public accounting firm, performing audits, reviews, compilations and financial forecasts and valuations. Jim graduated with a BA from Michigan State University in Business/Finance and an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Marketing and Corporate Accounting.
